Musson Marine Ltd has 14 years experience in production of maritime emergency radio beacons of COSPAS-SARSAT system and test equipment for such equipment. Since 1992 we started the production of stationary 406MHz emergency radio beacon’s tester. The COSPAS-SARSAT BT-611 Tester was developed in 1997 and allows measuring of absolutely all emergency beacon’s parameters. It’s successfully used for maintenance, production and full annual complex check by beacon’s manufacturers, test laboratories. The acquiring of such tester give you ability confirmed by ELT manufacturer to repair or maintenance the ELT. (link) The new hand-held ELT Tester was developed in 2001 for efficient beacon’s local testing (the tester do not require any PC or else). It completed with user-friendly software for beacon test protocol printing with usage of PC. It’s light weight, has small dimensions and useful for carrying, allows to check the parameters after reprogramming of beacon on vessel. (link) In 2003 we have developed for non-Ukrainian company the new EPIRB, transferred the all technical documentation and give exclusive marketing rights after receiving of COSPAS-SARSAT Certificate. Taking in account our experience in COSPAS-SARSAT beacon development we have started the development of several model of ELT (AVMM ELT S-406, AVMM ELT AF/AP) under order of JSC AVIONIKA, Kyev. The AVMM ELT AF/AP is intended for use at -40C operating temperature, has the remote external antenna for high and low speed aircrafts, and has the internal G-switch. Also we have started the development of COPSAS-SARSAT SSAS and PLB to complete the full range of products. Our company is rather young and we are always ready for co-operation in any sphere connected with COSPAS-SARSAT products, started from selling our equipment under your trademark, transferring to you the technical documentation of completed products to start your own production on territory of any country with obtaining of COPSAS-SARSAT Certificate.
